A patient participation group is generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and one or more of the GPs from the practice. The group meets on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice.
The aims of the group are to:
- Provide input on the issues affecting the practice
- Review suggestions and feedback from patients
- Get updates on developments and changes
We have an active and engaged patient participation group with meetings approximately every 6 to 8 weeks.
