Facebook page closed permanently

In consultation with our patient participation group (PPG) we have decided to close our Facebook page.

We want our website to be the main hub for patient information.

Only a small number of our patient population use Facebook and therefore it seems wise to just have one central platform, our website, as a source of news and information for our patients.
