Here for you

What can we do to help?

We aim to offer everyone fair access to our services. Our systems allow us to help as many patients access medical care as possible, and we genuinely believe our current pathway of an initial remote consultation, followed b a face-to-face appointment, if needed, works well for the majority of our patients.

How our service works:

GP appointments

Face-to-face appointments will be booked by your GP where required, after an initial assessment. We also use video consultations and secure text-message conversations for your convenience. Please note we do not routinely offer pre-booked GP appointments.

Nursing appointments

Can be booked 8 weeks in advance, please phone the reception team on 01722 333214 to discuss.

There are three ways you can contact us:

By telephone

Phone us on 01722 333214 during our opening hours (Monday to Friday 08.00-18.30).

If you have an urgent issue, please call us as early as possible, just after 08.00.

Our reception team will take brief details of your issue in full confidence and add you to the GP call list that day.

AccuRx Triage

AccuRx Triage – with this system you can submit medical and administrative requests to the practice during working hours. Medical queries are viewed by your GP and usually assigned a phone call in the first instance. We aim to respond to your query within 72 hours depending on clinical urgency. Please note this service is disabled when all available GP slots are filled on a given day for patient safety – if your issue is urgent please phone us.
